Desert Olympics and a slideshow!

Seems to be the year of the slideshow - and that makes us very happy! This last weekend Access Destination Services had an international group out at the Desert Adventures Old Miner's Camp for a "Desert Olympics" team building. The people were from all over the world, but I noticed that the folks from the Hong Kong office were the most enthusiastic of the bunch (that is after the New York City group who was the most competitive!).

I think the slideshow turned out very well... it showed how much fun everyone had!

More fun with slideshows!

We are really having fun playing with slideshow videos! The newest cameras allow us to take HD video while we are taking still photographs so we had to try this out.  A recent corporate event had a golf tournament on Maui - it was the perfect event to play with this new feature. We made a slideshow with the still photography for the final night and included very short video clips. Judging from the reaction of the crowd, it works!

Sometimes we just like to have fun! A friend competed in the barrel races at the LA County Fair this weekend so we went along. We brought our video camera, and even though making videos isn't really our thing, I had a blast working on one all day Sunday!
